JD Logistics is seeking an organized frontline operational leader to manage returns processing on the warehouse floor in Madrid. You will supervise a team of returns processing operators, enforce product grading criteria, and maintain an organized reverse logistics environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory, with Mandarin being a plus. The role requires adapting to shift structures and ensuring safety protocols across the operation as we scale in Spain.
