  • Non-Core Business: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, ChatBot, Voice Broadcast, Payments & Telephony
  • Key Responsibility: Communication Business
  • Upsell, Cross-sell and Cost Corrections: To identify potential business opportunities
  • Subject matter expert on Meritto (CRM) and Collexo (Payment automation cloud)
  • Achieve key business goals and metrics defined
  • Cross-team collaborations - Trainings and consultancy to internal stakeholder (CS & Sales team) & clients
  • Product bundling, packaging, pricing schemes and driving internal competition to scale overall business
  • Report & Analytics: Manage reports and generate actionable insights for all stakeholders
