& responsibilitiesManage the systems that generate revenue, ensure consistent operational performance, resolve deficiencies quickly, and enforce accountability around growth-driving metrics.
Own the design, optimization, and ongoing reliability of complex Salesforce Flows that power our revenue processes, ensuring they scale cleanly and reduce operational friction.
Administer and maintain , including configuration, data integrity, and user support
Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions within Salesforce and other GTM related tools
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to increase operational effectiveness
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to support deal structuring, approvals, and order management
