This role can be located at our Melrose Arch Office, Johannesburg, South Africa.
The Revenue Growth Manager leads the RGM function for Africa Franchise, managing and coaching its team, as well as those of the Bottlers and overlooking the development and delivery of all contracted RGM projects within Africa Franchise. He/She will ensure our projects are focused on Franchise priority acceleration cells, address precise problems to solve, have the necessary data to deliver quality output, are executed with the right governance, and are tracked to deliver value to the markets. This role is key in shaping Bottler market-facing strategies to drive consumer and shopper centricity, grow share and drive Net Revenue within the Franchise system.
