About The Role

At SHA, we are looking for a Commercial Planning & Revenue Analyst to support our Commercial and Revenue teams during a maternity leave cover, based at our Global Corporate Headquarters in Madrid. This role is ideal for a junior profile with a strong analytical mindset and interest in Revenue Management, looking to gain hands-on experience in an international, multi-property environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Support commercial planning and follow-up of campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze sales performance, pace and results by channel, market and segment (ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, Pickup, Forecast).
• Load, review and maintain rates and promotions in CRS and GDS, ensuring accuracy, parity and correct distribution.
• Manage and monitor hotel connectivity with GDS-SiteMinder platforms and resolve connectivity, availability, and rate parity issues.
