Revenue Cycle Senior Associate (Healthcare)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of accounts receivable callers to achieve departmental objectives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance team performance
• Conduct regular meetings and one-on-one sessions to drive accountability
• Evaluate team performance and implement continuous improvement strategies

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
