Revenue Cycle Manager

Overview

We are seeking a specialized Revenue Cycle Management professional to oversee the full billing lifecycle for a growing telehealth psychiatry practice. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate reimbursement and managing everything from provider credentialing to complex mental health claims.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Mountain Time (20 Hours Weekly)

Responsibilities

Credentialing & Payer Enrollment

• Provider credentialing with commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Ongoing maintenance of enrollments and recredentialing
• Navigate state-specific payer requirements for psychiatric services

Psychiatry & Mental Health Billing

• Accurate billing for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy services
