Roles & Responsibilities:
RCM – Team Member: Charge entry, eligibility verification, A/R follow-ups, and billing support for healthcare services.
Onboarding Specialist: Coordinate new hire documentation, system access, and onboarding activities.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in RCM, medical call center, patient access, or onboarding roles
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills
