We are seeking a high-performing and leadership-driven Revenue Cycle Managed Services (RCMS) Senior Associate to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will directly supervise and mentor a dedicated team of Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers, ensuring departmental objectives and financial goals are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of AR Callers to ensure productivity metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
- Mentorship & Accountability: Provide daily guidance, conduct regular team meetings, and run constructive one-on-one sessions to drive accountability and professional growth.
- Performance Evaluation: Appraise team performance and proactively design and implement continuous improvement strategies.
