Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Payment Processing Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this Contract to potentially permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless processing of financial transactions, managing chargebacks, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve payment-related issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

PAYMENT PROCESSING SUPPORT

• Monitor daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, refunds) to ensure successful processing across all payment methods. 

• Investigate failed transactions and work with internal teams and the PSP (e.g., Paysafe) to resolve errors. 

• Review and update payment configurations within established rules (no system-level ownership required).
