has an immediate opening for a Revenue Administrator and Accountant  at our Downtown Toronto office.  The Revenue Administrator and Accountant is responsible for revenue administration, rent increase processing, revenue accounting, tenant account maintenance, reporting, and reconciliations across the property portfolio.

The role ensures accurate rent and parking charges, compliance with applicable tenancy legislation, timely resident communications, and accurate financial reporting.
