Job Description
The Revenue Accounting Specialist is responsible for providing Revenue Accounting service to hotels across the Middle East and Africa that are supported by the UAE Finance Centre of Excellence (COE).
The role reports to the Revenue Accounting Supervisor.
**What will I be doing?**
+ Confirming all positions of revenue and preparing the Daily Income Audit Reports
+ Reviewing and approving a reports in the Daily Income Audit Report bundle. Following up with hotel teams to ensure all Revenue Accounting control reports are uploaded to Docuware and approvals are obtained
+ Raising revenue and re-allocating revenue based on the request of an authorised finance lead
+ Reconciling revenue related taxes and ensuring the timely reporting of these to property so the taxes can be communicated to government bodies
+ Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Revenue Accounting related balance sheet accounts
