RETURN TO WORK COORDINATOR

HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury, Safety and Insurance industry. We are seeking a Case-Senior Case Manager, Return To Work Coordinator or Injury Management Coordinator who is seeking to work on site and support minor injury RTW with a largely blue collar industry.
  
Duties Include:

• Focus on outcomes, not heavy KPI’s, whilst support employees face to face with RTW strategies
• Encourage early intervention and schedule recovery plans with GP’s and other allied health professionals focusing on physical injuries
• Work collaboratively with HR, Operations, Safety and an Injury Management Specialist on trends and analysis
• Calculate and process payments whilst gathering medical certificates and ensure documentation is updated in a timely manner
