We seek a detail-oriented executive to manage full order flow, ensure error-free dispatches, prevent returns, and handle customer communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Verify order and customer details accurately.

Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners.

Track orders from confirmation to delivery.

Prevent returns by daily accuracy checks.

Call customers for order clarifications in a timely manner.

Maintain logs and dashboards in Sheets.

Analyze return cases and weekly reports.

Monitor courier updates for successful delivery.

Communicate professionally to resolve concerns.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong MS Office & Sheets proficiency.

E-commerce or logistics experience preferred.

Work calmly in complex situations.
