THE ROLE

Work directly with clients’ 401(k) plans, including reconciling plan assets, performing annual plan testing, calculating employee eligibility, and preparing annual reports and Form 5500 filings. This role primarily supports safe harbor plans with employee deferrals, as well as plans with participant distributions and loans. The position also involves educating clients on plan administration and compliance.
