Trust Housing Association invites applications for the position of Retirement Coordinator, based at Schaw Court, Bearsden, East Dunbartonshire G61 3SG.

Role Base

  • Part‑time, permanent
  • Week: 25 hrs (Mon‑Fri, 08:00‑13:00)
  • Salary: £18 252* or £18 603 per year; £14.04* or £14.31 per hour (based on enhanced annual leave)
  • Annual leave: 33* or 28 days
  • Paid Disclosure Scotland check

Key Responsibilities

Provide advice and assistance in housing management and property‑related issues to tenants and visitors in Bearsden, ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently
  • Strong commitment to supporting older people in achieving independent living
  • Previous experience working with older people is an advantage
