**Position**: Customer Care Representative**Location**: ON SITE ONLY: Av.P.
o Río San Miguel 75-Planta alta, Proyecto Rio Sonora Hermosillo XXI, ***** Hermosillo, Son.
**Compensation**: Earn up to $7,000 MXN Weekly ($2,496 MXN base salary + up to $250 USD in commissions and up to $2,600 MXN performance bonus)**Schedule**: Flexible shifts with Sundays off.
**Hours**: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, **SUNDAYS OFF****Focus**: Convert cancellations into saves and leverage opportunities to sell products.

- Use your negotiation skills to convert return/cancellation requests into saves.
