The Collections Agent Is Responsible For

Conducting telephone collection efforts with customers who have overdue payments.

The goal is to recover outstanding balances in a professional, clear, and result-oriented manner.

This role requires consistency, timely follow-up, and a focus on weekly performance metrics.

• Outbound Calling: Make calls to delinquent customers to recover payments.
