Trafilea is seeking a Retention Sr Manager to transform one-time buyers into loyal customers. You will design and lead a comprehensive retention strategy maximizing the customer journey and driving engagement.

This role involves leveraging owned channels, such as Email and SMS, and continuously evolving the Loyalty Program to unlock growth opportunities. You will be responsible for overseeing retention touchpoints and monitoring KPIs to ensure data-driven decisions.
