We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Retail & Wholesale Customer Service Administrator to join our team in LATCHINGDON, Essex .

The Retail & Wholesale Customer Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day customer service, order processing, logistics coordination, invoicing and production planning. This position ensures accuracy across retail and wholesale orders, payments, deliveries and stock systems, while acting as a central communication point between customers, drivers, production and finance.
