Retail Technology Support Specialist – Location: 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines

The role is based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines and focuses on supporting retail technology across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support by managing calls and resolving issues for Company-Operated, Retailer-Owned, and Marketer service stations across the United States
  • Support and troubleshoot Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems and forecourt equipment, including hardware, software, and configurations
  • Assist station personnel with POS peripherals such as printers, card terminals, scanners, and fuel dispensers
  • Diagnose and resolve reported issues; elevate complex incidents as needed for timely resolution
