This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales Assistants and Store Managers, ensuring that each store has teams aligned with Flabelus' values, aesthetics, and brand experience.

Your mission will be to build exceptional teams that elevate the customer experience and contribute to the sustainable growth of our 25 stores across different markets.
