Job Description
The Retail Support Manager Facilities & Maintenance is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of facilities management and maintenance across the region. This role ensures operational excellence in the upkeep of all retail locations, directly contributing to enhanced client experience through well maintained and functional environments. The manager will collaborate closely with store management teams, regional teams, and corporate departments to ensure adherence to standards and efficient resource utilization for all facility related matters.

- Drive Operational Excellence in Facilities & Maintenance: Oversee and manage all maintenance and repairs (M&R) for the region, developing and implementing strategies for the preservation of stores.
