Responsibilities

• Support the management team with the day‑to‑day running of the store
• Drive sales and deliver high‑quality customer service that keeps customers returning
• Keep shelves stocked and the store presented to a high standard
• Help reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors
• Motivate and develop a team to meet sales and service targets

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail key performance indicators, including sales, profit and service
