Retail Supervisor – Hillcrest, Durban

We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor for one of our clients based in Hillcrest in the Retail industry.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage staff, handle cash-ups, and ensure store standards
• Must be able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Control stock, merchandising, and store presentation
• Handle opening/closing procedures and cash management
