Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Location: 317 Banff Avenue, suite Unit C8, Banff, AB T1L 1C1, Canada

Salary: $22.00 per hour (40–50 hours per week)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Conduct performance reviews
