Responsibilities

  • Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
  • Assign store staffs duties and guide towards maximum performance
  • Authorize the exchange or return of merchandise
  • Monitor stock levels, purchases and ensure stocks accordingly
  • Resolve customer complaints and demands
  • Inspect adn maintain store areas, inside and outside
  • Analyze sales report and make plan as per
  • Ensure the store maintains provincial and federal health and safety guidelines
