Retail Store Manager- Traralgon

As the Store Manager of the Oscar Wylee store on Franklin Street, your role will be to lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store 

You will work closely with our experienced Store Partner, gaining valuable commercial and operational experience. Our Traralgon store is involved in our joint venture partnership, where we have had the opportunity to work alongside exceptional business leaders who have joined Oscar Wylee as part owners of our stores.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee store operations, compliance, and performance standards 
• Support your team to reach performance goals through genuine customer care, not pushy sales tactics.
• Manage rosters, budgets, and labour efficiency
