Store Manager
We’re looking for a Store Manager to join our Healthy Planet family! The selected candidate will be able to wear multiple hats throughout the day and go above and beyond to ensure that the store is running smoothly. In addition to the general job duties, a store manager is required to be customer-service oriented, tech-savvy, calm under stressful circumstances, and most importantly, always willing to step up to the challenge to make Healthy Planet thrive and excel. The successful candidate will begin as a Store Manager in Training and, upon successful completion of the training program, transition into a Store Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the store is operating optimally and report to Operations Manager in Head Office should an issue arise
- Freezers and coolers
- Cleanliness of the departments
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- ADT Security and Security Cameras
- Pest Control
