You’ll be the leader of the pack, creating a colourful and energetic store environment that delights kids, parents and everyone in-between. With your passion for fun products and your love for inspiring teams, you’ll be driving sales, coaching your team, and spreading the Smiggle joy every day.

This role is available as either full time (38 hours) or part time and offers flexible working hours to support work–life balance. Weekend availability is required.
