Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective product demonstrations and by overseeing daily staff operations.
  • Schedule, assign, and monitor employee tasks to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the store.
  • Maintain accurate bank balances and perform daily cash-up procedures.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Professionally address and resolve customer queries and concerns, both in-store and telephonically.
  • Promote effective collaboration and communication with various departments across the group.

Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years' retail management experience will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
