Lead your team to achieve sales targets while offering personalised styling and service.Curate stylish outfits, build loyal customer relationships, and create a chic store atmosphere.Coach and develop your team, manage stock, and update visual displays.Efficiently roster and ensure the store runs smoothly and fashionably.Create a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment for both team members and customers.
