Principal Accountabilities

  1. Assist the HoMC in executing plans to meet and exceed store sales and service targets.
  2. Support the management of daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with all SOPs.
  3. Assist the HoMC in coaching, motivating, and supervising the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
  4. Help ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow, store presentation, and resolving customer issues.
  5. Act as the second-in-command and deputise for the HoMC in their absence to ensure continuity of store management.
  6. Help monitor and report on store performance metrics to the HoMC.
