CONSTANT is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Retail Security Officer (Loss Prevention) to support our valued retail client, located in Goonellabah.

The role is focused on maintaining a safe and welcoming retail environment while proactively reducing stock loss and deterring anti-social behaviour through high-visibility presence and strong customer engagement.

About the Role

As a Retail Security Officer, you will:

  • Monitor store entry/exit points and high-risk areas
