Retail Sales & Training Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver regular in‑store training on ADPP features, benefits and terms and conditions.
• Coach store teams on sales techniques, objection handling, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Track attachment rates by store, identify gaps and implement action plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and department heads.
• Ensure consistent on‑brand promotional messaging in‑store.
• Report performance regularly, flagging wins and areas needing attention.
• Support product launches, campaigns and retailer initiatives as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Fluent in a South Indian language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and/or Telugu), matching the predominant staff and customer profile of the retail store.
• UAE retail experience as a merchandiser, sales promoter or trainer.
