Our client is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in the South Shore of Nova Scotia. The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for achieving performance and profit goals including profit and loss objectives, as well as ensuring operational procedures and company policies are adhered to by all associates. The position would include attracting, retaining, and developing excellent retail talent while creating a positive and respectful workplace culture.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a retail environment, and a proven track record of achieving goals and targets. The successful candidate must also be able to work a rotating schedule which includes weekends and evenings. The ability to lead and motivate a team is required. Excellent customer service, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
