Job Description
Responsibilities:
. Provide professional customer service and product recommendations in store.
. Support sales activities, customer enquiries and after-sales follow-up.
. Coordinate with overseas headquarters on purchasing and product-related matters.
. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
. Prepare sales plans, weekly reports and market feedback.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when required.
. Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth. Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related discipline ispreferred
. Fluent in spoken and written English, and Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and overseas headquarters
. Prior retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred
