Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This rolewill be responsible driving the entire recruitment process and closely partnering with Retail HRBP and business team to identify and attract talent for our own stores. As Retail Recruitment Partner, you will focus on recruitment delivery and efficiency for responsible areas.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Act as the key owner of end-to-end recruitment, from hiring briefings, job postings, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, decision alignment to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

  • Plan and participate in hiring-alignment meetings to confirm current and upcoming needs and could translate them into effective recruiting plans.
