Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Drive the recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidates screening, interview strategy and offer process
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Build strong working relationships with HR and Hiring Managers.
  • Development of assessment centres for high volume hiring for our retail division.
  • Leverage relevant advertising resources to create awareness and attract qualified applications for key roles in Retail.
  • Leverage candidate databases (internal and external) to identify prospective candidates to create awareness and invite them to apply for open positions.
