About The Bare Bar:

The Bare Bar is a fast-growing handcrafted skincare brand built on three pillars: natural, handcrafted, mindful.

We are currently present in 50+ multi-brand retail stores across India and are looking for someone to take complete ownership of the operational performance of our offline retail channel.

This is a numbers-driven retail operations role focused on store performance, inventory optimisation, and structured reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and growth-focused—someone who can balance numbers, negotiations, and on-ground execution.
