Job Description
The Project Manager – Retail Operations will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of retail projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and high-quality outcomes. The role requires close coordination with clients, vendors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day retail project operations from brief to closure
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for regional clients and local trade partners
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, quality standards, and on-ground execution
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications
