Position

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and retail effectiveness across the retail network.


This role leads store operational projects, ensures the consistent implementation of brand standards, and leverages KPIs to maximize business performance. By fostering a client-centric and performance-driven culture, the manager safeguards long-term growth, enhances customer experience, and strengthens brand equity in Korea.
