Job Description

• Full-Cycle Offline Channel Operations: Responsible for the planning, development, and optimization of offline sales channels in the Philippines. Focus on expanding supermarkets, beauty multi-brand stores (e.g., Watsons/SM Beauty), department store counters, and local retail outlets. Establish a robust distributor and partner ecosystem to enhance brand coverage and market penetration.
• Channel Relationship & Performance Management: Maintain relationships with core offline partners and distributors. Formulate channel sales targets, incentive schemes, and KPI evaluation systems. Monitor performance achievement and promptly resolve operational issues such as inventory management, supply chain logistics, and after‑sales service to ensure steady business growth.
