Overview

The Retail Merchandise Associate supports facility-level retail operations for Kapalua Golf, helping position the golf shop as a premier retail destination. The role focuses on creating an inviting shopping environment, delivering excellent guest service, and supporting retail success through merchandising, inventory management, reporting, and retail sales support, including operating the POS system for merchandise purchases.


Experience Required

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong understanding of retail service standards and daily golf shop operations.
  • Knowledge of merchandising practices, inventory procedures, and product presentation.
  • Basic knowledge of the game of golf preferred.
  • Professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
