Hybrid Work Model
This position follows a hybrid work model. Being on-site 3 times per week is required.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
Lead and execute Retail Marketing activities to support new vehicle sales across the region.
Conduct market analysis and develop Retail Marketing strategies and tactics to achieve regional objectives.
Analyze the regional marketing mix and define commercial policies and incentives for new vehicle sales.
Oversee regional Retail communication planning.
Coordinate suppliers, including advertising agencies, media, and event partners.
Review, analyze, and approve communication materials developed by agencies.
Provide guidance and alignment to the Dealer Network regarding N2 and N3 Retail initiatives.
