Hybrid Work Model

This position follows a hybrid work model. Being on-site 3 times per week is required.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

  • Lead and execute Retail Marketing activities to support new vehicle sales across the region.

  • Conduct market analysis and develop Retail Marketing strategies and tactics to achieve regional objectives.

  • Analyze the regional marketing mix and define commercial policies and incentives for new vehicle sales.

  • Oversee regional Retail communication planning.

  • Coordinate suppliers, including advertising agencies, media, and event partners.

  • Review, analyze, and approve communication materials developed by agencies.

  • Provide guidance and alignment to the Dealer Network regarding N2 and N3 Retail initiatives.
