Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our Retail Site in Yorketown Roadhouse in South Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ordering, scheduling, training, supervising employees, store image, profits, all controllable expenses, labour, inventory, cash, and shortages. The Site Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ability to work with a large team to ensure the maximum productivity, sales targets are being achieved
2. Customer focused to ensure all our customer needs are meet. Internally and externally
3. Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves
4. Order and maintain stock availability
5. Manage the financial performance of the store
