Retail Manager

Overview

DHR Enterprises Ltd. DBA Chevron is looking for a Store Manager – Retail to work at 3850 Island Hwy W, Qualicum Beach, BC, V9K 2G9. Salary is 41 dollars per hour and 30 hours per week. Although this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in retail sales
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
• Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
• Address staffing requirements, development and retention of staff
