The role entails of:

1. Manage daily operations across the website, studio, markets and pop-up events
2. Oversee inventory management, stock allocation, pricing, and visual merchandising to maximise sales
3. Analyse trends and demand to assist with purchasing, stock planning, and business growth strategies
4. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and pop-up events to increase brand awareness and revenue
5. Manage team members such as models and photographers
6. Source inventory both within Australia and overseas
7. Develop and maintain relationships with consignment stores, suppliers, event organisers, and other key individuals to support business growth
