Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.
Report directly to GM and take care of all sales aspects of Hong Kong local market business Keep track and analyse sales performance weekly of both retails and own counters business Develop business strategies to generate sales towards the business goals Work closely with Marketing team to understand strategic product launches and ensure MKT calendar will grow sales Provide guidance to channel sales manager and counter sales manager to achieve sales target Manage and review incentive schemes and ensure the monthly incentive pay are processed accurately Responsible for manpower planning and ensure the manpower resources are allocated effectively to fulfil the operational needs Perform all round people management issues, including but not limited to coaching & motivation, performance man...
