Job Description

  • Take on a high-impact administration role with a leading property consultancy, managing a portfolio of shopping centres and approximately 120 tenants.
  • Build valuable, long-term relationships with a diverse mix of retailers, service providers, and key stakeholders to grow professionally.
  • No licence? No problem – we’ll support you in obtaining your real estate certification.

Who we’re looking for?

  • Current QLD real estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain (with our support).
  • Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.
